About Us

Mt Taco was born in the mountains of Vernon, NJ by owner Jeff Vargas. A descendant of Dominican heritage with an overall obsession with food & cooking. I never went to culinary school but the kitchen has always been my first love. In 2023 i decided to create a fusion of my love for Mexican cuisine & Dominican heritage.
